• 100% cotton calico pillow filled with linseed and lavender seeds (Lavandula x intermedia) 180g in weight
• 7 colours available
• Each representing the 7 Chakras
• Each pillow comes with one coloured pillowcase of your choice, plus a Chakra Card which can be used as a bookmark if you wish.
• Also included are three affirmation cards, one with the chakra affirmation then 2 left blank for your own affirmations, wishes, thoughts etc.
• These can then be popped inside the pillow case so that they are with you as you use your pillow.
• Used for Relaxation, Meditating, Yoga, Reiki, Stress release, Headaches, Sleep and so much more.
• Can be used warmed to release the Lavender aroma for soothing stress and relaxing or cold for migraine headaches or sore eyes.
