Terms and Conditions

Pricing
All prices quoted are in £’s sterling and are based on the current rate of VAT set by HM Customs. We reserve the right to change the price of any product without prior notice for any reason including a change in taxation levels or as a result of price fluctuations due to supply or any other issue. We reserve the right to supply products from a different origin should supply become difficult from any particular source.

Ordering & Payment
We accept the following payment methods.
1) PayPal
2) Credit or Debit Card (pay online via PayPal)
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note: Acceptance of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. Land of Reiki & Aroma reserve the right to reject an order for whatever reason, even if payment has been processed, in which case payment will be refunded in full. Acceptance of an order is at the sole discretion of Land of Reiki & Aroma.
Disclaimer: Whilst we send the goods on a Royal Mail First Class delivery service  from time to time the Royal Mail can experience problems beyond their control and we cannot 100% guarantee that the parcel will be delivered next day. We accept no liability for any loss incurred as a result of a late delivery. Please allow sufficient time when ordering for urgent projects.
Delivery Info
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being received. Orders received on Friday and Saturday  will be dispatched on first working day, on Monday, if it is not a bank holiday.
Out of stock items / Back orders
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after we have received your order. We will contact you to inform you. All in stock items will be delivered as usual. You then have the option of placing the out of stock item on back order to be delivered at a later date. Alternatively we can refund the monies back onto your payment card.
Cancellations / Returns/ Cooling off period
In compliance with ‘Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ you have the right to cancel/return your order seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received. We have extended this to 30 days as we are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

Tamper evident or partially used products: We will accept any item back for a full credit, provided it has not been used. Or in the case of tamper evident products that the seal has not been broken. If a product is faulty on arrival or has been incorrectly supplied it can also be returned for a full refund.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied goods
In the unlikely event any of your goods are damaged or faulty please notify us within 2 working days after delivery or collection.

Making a complaint
Complaints: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products and services, please call us immediately on 07967195400 and we will endeavour to deal with your problem in a prompt, fair and confidential manner.
Disputes: UK Law will apply in all cases.

Please read carefully our advice section before using any of our products. In addition please refer to MSDS information where available and also product labelling for more information. If you are still unsure please contact us for more information.
