After a bath or shower your skin is warm and receptive and essential oils will be absorbed quickly. Make the most of it by treating yourself to a homemade massage oil that matches your skin type.
Warning – remember the potency of these essential oils – patch test your skin before applying and never apply undiluted.
Normal Skin – mix 25 ml jojoba oil with 3 drops of lavender and 2 drops of neroli
Dry Skin – mix 25 ml peach nut oil with 1 drop of chamomile, 4 drops of lavender and 10 ml of avocado oil.
Sensitive Skin – mix 30 ml almond oil with 1 drop of chamomile.
Oily Skin – mix 25 ml jojoba oil with 3 drops of cedarwood and 3 drops of frankincense.
Note – 5 ml is equal to 1 teaspoon. Adjust accordingly
