Reiki session

The method of receiving a Reiki from a qualified practitioner/teacher is simple:

"The recipient remains clothed and comfortably lies on a couch or sits on a chair, surrounded by a calm atmosphere, soft music and a delicate scent, the practitioner gently places her hands non-intrusively, near the body using her intuition and training as a guide. (There is no massage or manipulation involved)

Reiki can be applied overall the person, or on specific parts of the body most needed. It is also possible to receive Reiki remotely.

Reiki will flow continuously promoting an experience of harmony, relaxation, and a sense of wellbeing.

As a therapeutic intervention, a bioenergetic therapy, a regular session will be the ideal. One session will be beneficial, but like any other treatment, a weekly session gives to the whole-body time to adjust and start its own healing process.

This selfcare journey with Reiki is available in four packages, and regular one session still available as well. Any other questions, please get in touch!

After ten sessions, the client can opt-in for a monthly maintenance Reiki session and become part of VIP membership, where monthly a fifteen minutes meditation session will be available and can be listened as many times wish.

About Reiki

Mikao UsuiReiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’, a term used to describe a natural system to help bring about an improved sense of well-being and a positive feeling of spiritual renewal.

This tradition was founded by Dr Mikao Usui (1864-1926) in the early 20th century and evolved because of his research, experience, and dedication.

It is a tradition that is open to any belief system and benefits may include deep relaxation and the promotion of a calm peaceful sense of well-being.

Mikao Usui Sensei developed Reiki system of natural healing, called Usui Reiki Ryoho. He recommended a simple practice, looking into ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony, which are universal across all cultures.

Reiki is taught by Reiki Master/Teachers, who have trained in the tradition passed on, in person, from Master to student. Students go through a process of initiation/Reiju to the Reiki energy.

They are then able to treat themselves and others, not only from a personal and emotional perspective, but also as an aid to individual development and spiritual growth.

Reiki treats people, environments, animals and plants and it is recognised as a "complementary technique" by World Health Ministry.

Sol is not allowed to list the wide range of energy unbalance that she feels can be helped by Reiki, under the new Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines, but she has found that Reiki can be used successfully in combination with both allopathic (conventional medicine) and complementary treatments, for example homeopathy and acupuncture.
